Terms of Use

Last updated 29 June 2026 · letsgetsuited.com
Heads up. These terms govern your use of this website — not any separate agreement for design or development work, which is covered by its own signed proposal or contract. This is a good-faith template; please have it reviewed by a qualified advisor before relying on it.

01 Acceptance

By accessing letsgetsuited.com (the "site"), operated by David Rayner trading as Suited ("Suited", "we", "us"), you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

02 Use of the site

You may view and interact with the site for your own personal, non-commercial purposes, and to learn about and contact our studio. You agree not to:

  • copy, scrape, or republish substantial parts of the site without permission;
  • attempt to disrupt, probe, or gain unauthorised access to the site or its hosting;
  • use the site in any way that breaks applicable law or infringes someone's rights.

03 Intellectual property

The site's design, code, copy, layout, the Suited name and wordmark, and all original graphics are owned by Suited and protected by intellectual-property laws. Client work shown in our portfolio remains the property of the respective clients and is displayed for reference only. Nothing here grants you a licence to reuse these materials.

04 Third-party content & links

The site may load third-party content (for example, a YouTube player, with your consent) and link to external sites. We don't control and aren't responsible for third-party content, services, or privacy practices; your use of them is governed by their terms.

05 Enquiries

Information you submit through a project enquiry is an invitation for us to discuss potential work — it does not create a binding engagement. Any project only proceeds under a separately agreed proposal or contract.

06 "As is" & liability

The site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Suited is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, the site.

07 Changes

We may update the site and these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms. The "last updated" date above reflects the current version.

08 Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Questions? Email [email protected].
